Consists of 3-levels of Type VA wood construction over a 2-level Type 1A composite steel podium. The structure is supported by ground improvement elements consisting of rammed aggregate piers. The narrow shape of the site resulted in a lot of cantilevered conditions at the podium level, resulting in some characteristic steel framing conditions.
