New ski lodge for Tenney Mountain Ski Resort in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Redeveloping and expanding the original timber lodge to create a state-of-the-art ski lodge. The re-imagined resort will feature a 10,000 sf wraparound deck with 360-degree views of the mountain, a double-sided fireplace, and plenty of room for lounging year-round at the upstairs bar & restaurant. Construction will be a blend of structural steel and exposed mass timber (glulam beams and columns and CLT decks.)
