The project was designed to orient around Lake Quannapowitt and includes a lakeside walking path, multiple roof decks and an impressive landscape program. Residents will have easy commuting access to Boston and beyond with an I-95/128 exit on either side of the site and a shuttle service to the MBTA Commuter Rail. The project will also include a 3,600 SF waterfront restaurant space with an additional 2,000 SF outdoor patio.
