New last mile, high-bay industrial warehouse totaling 135,000 gsf. The roof of the structure consists of long-span steel roof joists supported by interior steel columns and perimeter precast concrete wall panels. The structure is supported by ground improvement using rigid inclusions. Notable challenges – Integration of the precast wall panels with the building foundation. The uneven grade at a corner of the building created a soil retaining condition which required different retaining wall heights and designs.
