  • Thick brick masonry exterior walls with steel and concrete structure within. The mass of the existing structure allowed us to add heavier roof top equipment to support lab use without triggering a seismic upgrade.
  • Floor vibration performance of the existing steel and concrete floors are suitable for the large majority of the life science market.
  • 100k+ GSF and large alley access to old freight elevator shaft
