The development also includes a single-story Type VB wood-framed clubhouse totaling 7000 sf. Notable challenges – Unique roof geometry featuring a combination of hips, gables, and flat roof areas required early coordination and engagement with Eckman. The design team worked collectively to frame the roof in a manner that would create efficiency on site.
