Located on what was formerly a vacant factory site by Bradford’s Commuter Rail station, this 5-on-1 podium has below grade parking, amenity and retail at level 1, and residential market rate apartments at Level 2-Roof. The building will house 290-units of residential market-rate apartments, and ground floor retail space totaling 6,750 SF. Construction will also include the creation of 320 parking spaces for residents and public parking spaces for retail stores and restaurants.
