Construction is officially underway at 984 Spring Street in Westbrook, Maine, also known as Ledger at Westbrook. The Procopio Companies is developing and delivering the project in partnership with The Dolben Companies and Reveler Development. CUBE 3 serves as architect and H+O provides structural engineering. Site crews have mobilized, marking the transition from planning and preconstruction into active execution.

Project Scope
The project includes six residential buildings delivering 204 multifamily units across 247,500 square feet, along with a standalone clubhouse and pool. Construction is advancing across the multi-building site, which introduces added complexity compared to single-structure developments.
