In Hookset, H+O partnered with New England Construction and HFA to create a new state-of-the-art Harley-Davidson dealership. The design boasted a new addition and repurposed a vacant movie theater to create Manchester Harley-Davidson, conveniently located just off of 93. The facility opened to the public on May 23, 2025, and supports a full range of sales, service, and customer activity.

A New Facility Designed Around Operational Needs
The building introduces a purpose-built environment designed for the scale of a modern motorcycle dealership. Large display areas connect to dedicated zones for service, parts storage, and customer programming, giving the team a layout organized for efficient daily operation.

Structural Modifications Shaped for a Modern Dealership
H+O partnered with New England Construction to design the structural system for the new facility. The frame provides the open spans required for showroom activity, reinforced areas for service equipment, and circulation paths linking each program zone. Structural elements were planned to support long-term flexibility so the building can adapt to future operational changes without major intervention.

A Finished Building Built for Long-Term Flexibility
The completed facility offers Manchester Harley-Davidson a durable structure with clear sightlines, efficient floor organization, and capacity for interior adjustments over time. The building supports current needs while giving the dealership room to evolve its layout and offerings as customer demand grows.
